Tisha Carney, CRS®, SRES® is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a top-performing Realtor® since 1999. She enthusiastically offers a wealth of experience and knowledge while providing a personal touch to every transaction. Tisha’s clients rely on her savvy negotiation skills, her use of cutting-edge technology, and her attention to detail to achieve maximum results. She takes great pride in the fact that the majority of her business is based on referrals and past clients.
Tisha has been awarded several designations and certifications given only to those who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement. They include: Council of Residential Specialists Designation (CRS®), Seniors Real Estate Designation (SRES®), Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).
Tisha has held several positions that help to make her a unique, well-qualified real estate professional. Such positions include: Managing Broker/Owner of a boutique real estate company, Regional Sales Manager of a new homes sales company, Property Manager of residential apartment buildings, and a Project Engineer of a national real estate consulting firm.
Tisha earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the California State University at Chico. In addition, she completed the ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program at the University of San Diego. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, she was involved in her family’s real estate business at a young age and has continued to indulge in her passion for the business today.
